The bus moved from Khartoum early morning with project team, facilitators and young leaders cheering and singing, out of a sudden the bus broke in Alkilo 100 (100 Kilos from the boarders of Khartoum State).
HOLLA is primarily a behavior change program, aiming at supporting young women and men to increase their capability, opportunity and motivation for becoming active citizens within their communities, regionally, nationally and at a personal level.

The gathering of fifty-eight young participants from different parts of the country led to a very vibrant and energetic team. As a result, HOLLA National Youth Coalition was established.
The objective of the National Coalition is the establishment of a capacitated, empowered, genuinely youth-led coalition for HoA through investing in young leaders from Sudan South Sudan and Ethiopia to become more engaged in community based actions promoting community cohesion and/or development.
The HOLLA Youth Network in Sudan have executed 2 Social Action Projects ( in July & November ) are targeting harder to reach places like Diling City in South Kordofan, and to harder to reach groups of communities that were forced to relocate in “Hamdab” City, North State.
The Diling Social Action project has created a youth space where youth can meet to discuss ideas and experiences , and to speak about/resolve issues that affect their local community . The project also includes a Training Hall, Public Library and Movie Club which will also help promote diversity and peace through its different activities. This project has created a platform for young people to raise their voices and enhanced youth effective engagement with the community.
